Most orders will leave the shop within 3-5 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number in your email when your order is shipped. I use both USPS and UPS to ship items.
Returns / exchanges
I accept returns for defective items only, and at this time I do not accept exchanges. Upon receiving the returned items, I will issue a refund for the product cost and reimburse your return shipping expenses. That being said, please get in touch ASAP if there are any issues with your order!
If you're in the Eau Claire / Chippewa Valley area, I'm happy to work something out with local pickup or delivery! Please leave a note at checkout or reply to your order confirmation email if you're interested.
